A recent Westchester call
Two faults at once, and the practice assumed both were out of warranty.
The call. A New Rochelle practice had a cup filler that would not stop weeping into the bowl, and a foot control stuck in the on position, which made the chair unusable until it was disconnected.
The visit. Both faults diagnosed in thirty minutes. The cup filler traced to the water relay valve under the cuspidor, the foot control to a worn internal assembly.
The part nobody expected. The chair was four years old and the office assumed warranty had long expired. It had not. The parts came from the manufacturer at no charge, and the practice paid labor only.
