GCMM offers three tiers: a free assessment for active construction projects, a comprehensive facility and equipment assessment for $1,500 (credited 100% toward your construction contract), and a pre-purchase due diligence assessment for $2,500 to $3,500 for practice buyers.
Is the assessment fee really credited toward the project?
Yes — 100%. The full assessment fee is deducted from your construction contract if you hire GCMM. It’s a line item credit on your contract. If you don’t move forward with construction, the assessment report is still yours to keep and use with any contractor.
What makes GCMM’s assessment different from other contractors?
Our owner spent two years at Benco Dental as a service technician with direct manufacturer training from A-dec, Midmark, Planmeca, Air Techniques, DCI Edge, Dexis, and Vatech. We evaluate both the building AND the dental equipment — most contractors can only assess one or the other.
How long does the on-site assessment take?
Typically 2 to 4 hours depending on practice size. A 4-operatory office takes about 2 hours. A 6+ operatory office with expansion areas takes 3 to 4 hours. We schedule around your practice hours to minimize disruption.
When do I receive the written report?
Within 5 business days of the on-site visit. The report includes photos, equipment inventory with condition ratings, findings, recommendations, and budget estimates. PDF format, ready to share with your architect, bank, or partners.
